A new project for me with a challenging grind :foot:

It's made from 4mm O1 with a full flat grind & top swedge. Belt finish grinds and deep acid etch finish. the handle is Tan G10 with stainless fittings. Housed in a superb sheath by MikeDB.

The swedge is sharpe for the first 70mm, Blade length is 170mm and overall it's 315mm

definitely one of the nicest designs I've ever seen of a knife in that category:thumbup::cool:
Most are overly thick, but I'll bet that knife just flies on its own. How much do you figure it weighs?
01 is good stuff, and your choice of pins and their placement in the handle is bang on.
I just gotta say that this is one of the coolest knives I've seen in awhile.

That's a nice looking knife. I'm curious though--what was the rationale behind sharpening only a portion of the swedge?

I like this one as well.
Nice lines, comfortable handle, stout durable blade, couldn't
ask for much more in a hard use work knife.
