It's supposed to come out around Nov 01, saw in the local paper the actors were at USASOC, getting trained up for their parts as well as down with the Ranger Dept. Hope it does justice to the to the fallen and the survivors of the Oct 3-4/93 firefight.
 
I hope it will too I will let you know
a close friend was there and I refuse to see
it unless he is with me.

It is being filmed right now in Morrocco.
Harry Humphries is TA, rest assured it will be done right. He was able to get a Platoon of Rangers and "D" boys. I'm told itwill HONOR them well.

I sure hope they do it right. It is an incredible story. That is why it will always be in my signature line.

Hi there,
I'm ashamed to admit that I am just now getting around to reading BLACKHAWK DOWN. This book should be required reading for all Americans. I also just read a book called MOGADISHU, about the same incident. The self sacrafice of our service men in this incident is simply amazing. I know we have a lot of servicemen on this BB, and you all have my deepest respect and thanks.
