This is a knife that I finished 1/28/08
The blade is a two bar turkish twist hot blued 9" long.
Fittings are made from 200 nickle & 1018 W pattern.
The handle is made of african Blackwood.
Overall lenght is 14 3/8"

Not sure about the bluing of the blade, but that is always a hangup for me.

I love the eye-popping damascus guard on this piece. Great looking bowie overall.

There's so much I like about this knife I'm not sure where to start. The fittings, the damascus, and the proportions are just outstanding
 
Jumped up jeepers christmas! That is what my dad used to say when he was flabbergasted. Don't really post much on what makers do cause I would be here all day it seems. This thing is MINT! keepem sharp
 
I love it. It reminds me of my favorite bowie; my "S" guard that Roger Massey made for me years ago. Still have it, by the way. ;) :)
 
Very nice design and execution Shawn. Especially like the guard treatment.
I like Peter, however am not a fan of bluing.
 
Nice Show! I would say that is the best knife I have seen from your shop.
Blued blades are a personal thing--I like them more black than purple.
 
Shawn That is very nice I love the fittings. the over all dark look is very cool. the two bar twist looks like camo. Good job.
