  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Was talking on the phone with a Beckerhead earlier today and told him that I went on Tomars to order some handles for my EsKabar but they are not in stock yet.The dude said he happened to have a set of orange and a set of black and what color did I wish to have:eek:

I'm gonna go with the orange ones because I once spent 5 minutes digging through the leaves looking for a stag handled knife that I laid down while gutting a deer, and spent an hour looking for a Buck 110 that I left on a rock up on Fish Camp Prong after gutting a rainbow trout.I never did find the Buck, but I probably would have if it was bright orange. That and my allergies to the "tactical lifestyle"resulted in my picking the orange handles:D

Oh,by the way thanks for the handles Moose!

I would go with orange too, for same reasons u said. lil bitty blade like that is easy to lose

Ethan should've prayed for bright colors early in his bleak German life ;)

I'm jealous. I can't wait for Tomars to get them in stock.

Uh uh, I"M jealous. I am leaving for Arizona tomorrow and won't be back until the 23rd...you guys will probably have them before I do!!! :grumpy::grumpy:

I usually keep some orange paracord and/or orange electrical tape in my bag. I usually am not laying things down until I build camp. But when I start using stuff, I'll orange-it-up. I stuck a Kabar cutlass machete in a tree at eye level and had a hard time spotting it. That's why camo knives crack me up. Drop it and it is GONE.

I'm glad they come in a two-pack. I'm taking the orange 'cause I can't find anything without a search party. My better and more organized half wants a little black dress on hers..:D

Yah but you forgot to mention you had to promise moose a shirtless back rub. Enjoy em!
