When is a DLC black plain edge Endura or Police, FRN, S30V, gona be offered ?

Probably never. Since those are Japanese made models using a US steel is unlikely to happen.

Closest I can find is Salt Black plain edge.....Probably better choice because I really need a knife for the boat/salt water etc... already have a Native S30V FRN

Im not positive, but I don't think they do the DLC coating in Japan. I believe this have something different.

And fwiw, the pacific salt is a spectacular knife! It is by far my most used folder and one of my all time favorites. I highly recommend the full serrated version though. Serrated h1 far outperforms plain edge in edge retention because of the way the steel is hardened in the grinding. And spydercos serrated edges are amazing.

Unfortunately not likely to see any S30V knives from Japan. You won't be let down with Spyderco's H1 though! I agree with Surfingringo, serrated would be my choice for sure. It's a super light knife that'll never rust on you and cuts like a beast. Either way I think you'll be impressed though.

I got one for just this reason, and was disappointed to find that it did not have a frame, just plastic scales.

A full framed Salt would be so cool...
