Black -Serrated CQC6 Pics

Oh, MAN! That's sweet!!! Love the black bolsters, too! If only it wasn't serrated. :D

That is a sweet looking CQC6! The only things I personally would like in a Black bladed six would be a plain edge and black G10 checkered scales. Talk about a "Stealth Six". :D

Oh, by the way . . . Nosamk, my Keltec P32 has a black slide, OD frame and a black clip. I also have a 10 round mag and several with the +1 extensions. :D

A black CQC6 very, very nice. Now if only I could order one like that with Black Micata.

Does anybody know where I can hire a time machine for about 10 minutes, I just need to jump back a couple of years..... :D

Regards,

Ed

Ed, I just happen to have the spare parts lying around to build you a time machine. I can set it up for the going rate on a CQC-9.

Just kidding............my dog ate the flux capacitor.:(

Ed, I tried very diligently to have this knife made with black micarta, but was foiled at all turns. Evidently the black material available was not stable enough or otherwise unsuitable. What about black linen base micarta? Perhaps too slick. I must admit the green stuff {canvas based?} does provide a superior feel and better grip.

Encrypt,

I think that using black linen as a base material shoud work well, I have black linen micata on most of my Brend Fixed blades and it works there. Oh well this is another discussion on customs that will go nowhere....

FUBAR,

I have some dilithium crystals that I think will replace the flux-capacitor in your time machine. :D If we have the bits then the going rate for a CQC9 must be about $500 depending how far back we go to order it - it will then be delivered just before we set off........think about it.

Regards,

Ed

That's a very nice looking 6. About the issue of the micarta. Keep playing with it & it will darken :) ; or how about replacement black G10. Doesn't Santa Fa knife works specialize in handle material. I'm sure they can make an extra set of handle scales for you. I had contacted them about a year ago & they told me that they could make handle material out of anything.

Did anyone else notice the philip micro screws on the handles. Pretty cool. You all know I have a thing for screws. :D I'm just screwy. I crack myself up..........I need sleep. :D

Sweet 6!
Hey, nice Breitling and Keltec too! I had the Breitling and the Keltec .32 a couple of years ago and wish I had them back now :D

michael :D

I've had a few people ask about the camo background in these pictures. It's a French para jacket of 1954 pattern. These were used extensively by C.I.A. Indo-China ops teams in the early 60's. French jackets and Swedish K's. How dashing. By the way, does anyone know of a Black CQC5?

Damn that is a nice six!!!! i think thats what i would get. i love balck and i LOVE serrations!!
Encrypt if you eva wanna get rid of it drop me an email :)

... Is anyone aware of a CQC5 in this configuration? The gallery site doesn't work on my computer. Also I can't log in on the new USN site and they don't answer my pleas for help. Are there black vipers? A lot of questions. Anybody out there with answers?

The gallery site got torched when Photopoint went under :( Lots of good stuff was lost by Suspects who had albums online.

We do have an "unofficial" CD with a lot of the Emerson customs pictures. Email me if you are interested in getting one.

If memory serves me correctly there is NO all black CQC5. A Suspect in the UK(dd1967) has got a rare no date serrated CQC5.

Please email me and I will try to sort out your loggin problems w/ USN. :)

EDIT: There has been a boron carbide coated Viper 1 for sale by lifter4Him a while back, I believe the coating was done aftermarket by bodycote
EDIT:Heres the link http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=187786&highlight=emerson+viper
