Dear Members,
I wanted to update you on the latest additions that will be forthcoming to the Order of The Black Shamrock. We will be adding Physical Qualification Standards to obtain one of 3 levels of prowess certifications. We will also be adding a certification in Marksmanship and firearms skills, in addition to our existing Master at Arms Certification. We are also going to be providing a basic Combat Fighting Course that will be available to the Brotherhood to provide fundamental fighting skills that all members should have knowledge of. It has taken a lot of research, (almost 1 ½ years) and effort to put all of these programs together and to test their viability and effectiveness. I hope that you take advantage of these opportunities. I will be discussing all of these additions and more at our annual meeting at the Gathering in Las Vegas, on Labor Day weekend.
