What can I use to achieve a black wash finish on polished, titanium hardware?

Not on titanium. You cant patina it. But carbon steel maybe. If you got a good dark patina on it then put it in a bag of rocks and shook the crap out of it.

That will only get you bronze, purple, and blue. There have been a few threads on blackening titanium but it'll take me some time to dig them up...if I recall most of them involved either oxalic acid (oxyclean) or quenching it in an ammonia solution (Windex) after heating with a torch.

Thank you all, for your input, truly appreciated.
As it turns out, I decided to polish, to a high satin finish, the ti pieces I was thinking of black washing.
However, as I said, your input is greatly appreciated and I will save the link sent by WValtakis.
