Blacked out tenacious blade coating?

I had a quick question. Do you know if the coating is dlc? I can't seem to find that info anywhere.

To answer your question the coating is not DLC but I am unsure what other coating it is.

From what I've read it is not dlc but its not paint... somewhere in-between and decently durable. I could be wrong and I don't own one myself to attest to it.

Just a guess as i dont own one but it might be titanium carbonitride as used on the black endura.
