Blackhawk Crucible/Spyderco Native: top-quality folder thoughts

Hi guys,

This year I want to buy a decent folder.

I never did so. Usually when I carry (living in Europe, it's gonna be breaking the law anyway so...), I carry a fixed blade, camp knife, pocket knife, neck, etc...usually in the outdoors.
When I carry in town, it's usually a friction folder like a SAK and a multi-tool, no more. (or a neck knife).

I thought that it couldn't do any harm ( :D ) to add a top-quality folder to my family.

So far there's 2 folders I'd like to buy: the Spyderco Native, and the Blackhawk Crucible folder.

For several reasons, the Crucible folder is my favorite (tip of the blade, grip, McCann experience and I felt attracted by it when I saw the item in a shop).

But there's also reasons that keep me from buying it right away: the locking system and the opening system.
For me, nothing beats the spyderhole/lockback system. (i.e. that is the system I feel the more comfortable with), and I was amazed by the fact that, every time I held a Spyder', I felt like the blade was actually designed for my hand.
Besides there's no easy waving opportunity of the Blackhawk, and to me, the Native represent the all-rounded, versatile, classic American folder.

So my question, to the people who own/held the two aforementioned blades, is quite simple: does the Crucible folder "worth" it ?
I.e. given the fact that the price is equivalent, can I expect the Crucible to be as versatile and as multi-purpose as the Native ?
If you had to keep, for multi-task and EDC purposes, only one of them, would you go for the Crucible or the Native ?
Besides I don't have any feedback on the Blackhawk quality.
Is that equivalent to the Spyder' ones ?

Thanks in advance,
and happy new year ;)
