My Blackie Collins and the only B.C. I own so far. The previous owner was able to contact Mr. Collins. Although B.C. didn's say anything rememberable about the knife, he did admit to sitting down and personally fabricating the sheath himself. You can see in the picture that the guard part is not straight but wavy. The sheath mouth follows this contour in a nice display of attention to detail. The nylon camo material covers only the front and it's leather underneath; the sheath is black leather all over. A flathead screwdriver projects upward from the retaining strap snap and is used primarily to access the small "secret" compartment in the handle. No other stampings or marks except BLACKIE COLLINS in block letters on the outside ricasso.
I was told that A.G. Russel later on marketed this knife as a drop point, but I can't verify that.
