BlackJack Knife

Recenly I went to the local gun show here in Indy looking for something like a Cuda Maxx or a Spydie Civilian. Instead I picked up a BlackJack Classic No.5. So far I think this knife is great. I was never really to familiar with the company but I could not resist a good sub hilt knife. It also has an incredible edge. I noticed it says 1095 CryoSteel. I am not to sure what this means. Also was wonering if anybody else has these knives and how they have held up in the long run?

I beat the snot out of my 5 inch Blackjack, and it has held up great. The edge is very sharp, and is easy to keep that way. Sure stains easily, though. Great knife.
