Blackjack Reinhardt Combat Kukri

I was under the impression that the BlackJacks Kukris were AUS8 Stainless Steel. Is this a special edition?
 
Just an FYI but there are early versions and a newer version of this blade available on the market. I think this is one of the early 1st edition ones :)
