I just got one. It's beautiful. It's made by Bark River for Ken Warner's BlackJack Co. 1095 convex 3" blade with a nice pointier clip point than the BlackJack small. I like pointy, thinner blades and this has one. The blades style is what I wanted. It also has a nice little brass guard that I like. The (jigged and dyed?) bone handle is quite nice, I really like it. The sheath is very good too, a very thick leather, ruggedly stitched pouch. This was a limited run as I understand it. I heard about from Mike Stewart of Bark River Knives over on the BlackJack forum at Knifeforums. http://www.knifeforums.com//ubbthre...=301626&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1. Then I called Ken Warner at BlackJack and he reserved one for me. Real nice and professional guy to deal with. Here's the BlackJack site showing the Smalls and Slicks but not the Bone handled 1095 Slick. http://www.knifeware.com/knifeware/newblackniv.html
I've been too busy at work to use it much or take any pictures, but will sometime here.

Neat knife, I will have a Slick pretty soon. I haven't seen much buzz around here yet, but the Bark River knives and the ones Mike Stewart makes for Blackjack are excellent. Spend 23 bucks (IIRC) and get the wallet sheath. Very handy to stick in a back pocket or jacket pocket, and then dump in the trunk when driving. A small fixed blade in my back pocket seems a lot easier to reach for than one up higher on the belt. Anyway, I'm real happy with my Blackjack Small and the easy edge maintenence of the convex grind.
