Hey BF,
I see how popular BlackWash/Battle Black DLC has become - or maybe it's just because of Hinderer production of battle black DLC finishes instead of Matte black DLC finishes. I'm curious out of the 2 which do you prefer? BW definitely hides stretches better, however - especially on Hinderers I find they make the lock bar too "slippery/slick" especially when you use gloves there is just no traction with the battle black finish - if the ti framelock/handle doesn't have milling for traction. For example, the ZT 0560BW was better because it had milling in the ti framelock for traction which helped counteract the slipperiness of that finish, which worked. For me, however, I actually sold my Hinderers with the Battle Black DLC finish as I found out I rather see some wear than have that slippery of a handle. Which finish do you prefer and why?
