Blackwater Aculus FAIL....

Ok, so it's not a total fail, but I am disappointed. I ordered on of these because I liked the appearance of the knife and the exclusivity of only 100 units being made. I just received #026. As I'm looking it over, I realize the clip already has wear marks. The blade has a small scratch and another spot on the finish on the opposite side. Aside from the finish issues, it has a pretty sticky lock. I expected a knife at this price point with this small of a run to be perfect. Am I wrong here? Anyone else get one of these? If so, did yours come with any issues?

Seems like you may have gotten someone's return. I would return it for a refund/replacement. I've seen a couple TiSpines in person and they were all flawless. Never handled one of the Blackwater models though.

Yes, return it but there are not that many around. There's one on the exchange.

I have both the Aculus and TiSpine. Great, slim, tough and beautiful folders made out of a solid block of titanium and Elmax.
