I've been working on this piece off and on quite a while now, and I finally got it finished up this afternoon.
OAL- 14 1/8" w 8 7/8" blade, the damascus is a twist that was cubed, welded and then crushed from the corner. The guard, spacer, pommel and blade have all been cold blued. The African blackwood handle is octagon and has 83 pins on the top and both sides, with a nightmare total of 249, my eyes are still crossed. :D
Believe me the picture doesn't do this piece justice, but it was the best I could manage.

What do you think?

Bill

Thanks guys, If you could see this knife up close, you would see what I mean about the picture not doing it any justice.

Damn, that's a beautiful knife. I'm a big fan of Bill's work and you never fail to disapoint my friend. That pin work is really something as well. Great.

Dang Bill I dig your pin work and that's some beautiful damascus. What a fine knife! Can I have it?

:D

Thats a wild pattern on the blade. I can't believe what a challenge it must have been to get all those pins in. No wonder your eyes are crossed. Beautiful job.

Thanks everyone for the great comments, eyes are getting better, only 1 of them is looking at my nose this morning :D .
Dave, yes you can have it, just send a check to Kaiser, Mo, and it is alllllllll yours. ;)
Dickhead I guess you didn't hear, Monkey died, yep he got drunk and walked in front of a garbage truck, I guess he was hungry. So I'm on my own again.

Thanks again all,

Bill
