Blackwood mid-tech's

I saw these mid-tech's on tadgear. Can titanium be made to hold and keep an edge? What does everyone think?

I have one. It can be sharpened to hold an edge. Just don't expect it to stay sharp too long. They aren't hardened that high.

Ti can also have carbides applied to the edge that help in edge retention.

He is also doing them in S30V.

Neil is making two Mid-Tech Fiends. The Ti letter opener is very thin stock. The SV30 is the full thickness user. I got both of mine directly from Neil. Unfortunately, Neil isn't shipping overseas at the moment for his Mid-Tech line.
