I love these knives! That blade has lots of curves in it to keep it interesting. That's an evil little burr on the bottom. Your design??

Nice detail with the pics. You can get as close as you want with Neil's stuff, and it always looks good.

The material looks like a dyed, stabilized burl.

What a wonderful design. That is one of the nicest knives I have seen. Those reverse mosaic pins add tremendously to the look.

I wish I could take credit for the design, but I believe it is all Neil's.

I am not sure what kind of wood that is but I like it. Maybe Neil can chime in and tell us what it is.

I will say that it is an awesome neck knife.

I must give Chad Pirtle credit for the idea. The design was just a matter of shrinking down my Neck Ninja model and trying to produce similar looking grinds. It's hard to get that "curvy" look on such a short blade!!

I hate to say this but I'm not going to be making any more of these, at least not for a while. They are very labor intensive and take as much time to finish as the larger Neck Ninjas. The demand for them, however has been incredible. I would like to do a "semi custom" run of them, possible later this year. S30V, screw construction, etc.??

Keith is right as far as the handle material on Dennis' knife. It's green dyed black ash burl from Mike at Wood Stabilizing Specialists Intl. I made the "reverse mosaic" pins myself by drilling two holes through black micarta rod. It took quite a set up in my milling machine to get two of them right!! I'm now working on a fixture that will drill THREE holes :) I think results will be COOL  :)Hopefully you will see some on knives in the near future.

Thanks guys, the compliments keep me smillin'!!

The demand for them, however has been incredible.

When it comes to such a beauty, that's hardly surprising... ;)

Wish money wasn't so tight right now - I'd love to get one of Neil's creations! The real hard part, of course, would be choosing one of them.
I mean, I love the Melee - but then there's the Grifter... And the Neck Ninjas...
