That looks like a great plan for getting to the table, but I don't think that the rope will hold your "haul" for the exit. You may have to produce a golf cart with a trailer in order to make a speady exit. Unless you have an army of drones that can descend from the cieling and the climb back up into the rafters with one Fat Mistress on on the back of each of them.
