Blade 2007 Selection ?

I am contemplating attending Blade 2007, my first Blade show.

Does Jerry usually have a pretty good selection of Busse's and Swamp Rats on hand available for purchase ?
 
Darn.. and I live about 6,000 miles away... :(


One day, I trip to the States from the UK, especially to stop by at Blade!
 
I am currently 4588km from Atlanta (give or take) in the Andean Highlands of Peru in a place called Cajamarca. I am hoping I can work the Blade Show into a "business trip" back to Denver where the company I work for is based ...
 
As long as they don't all get set out on the table at one time like last year. :D I showed up late (read about a half an hour or so after the show opened) and all I went home with was a scrapper 6 LE and a knife I had ordered from the shop and Garth brought it along. I got really good snags the year before though, so you can't win them all.

No kidding !!! Gone in 30 min. I will be there when the show opens then.

Year before last Jerry waited to get anything out for a while after the start, then he would bring out a couple cool ones every so often, teasing us. Regarding last year, perhaps Raden and Ronybear can tell you how it went since I missed it and I heard they led the pack. :)

Yeah, for about the first 30 seconds, as Jerry empties the goodie bag, few ever make it to the table without an "I'll take it" !

Makes the Ganza's seem tame. :eek:

I've got to start eat triple-burgers and giant milk shakes to compete next year. With the wall of ronybear, jimmyjones and D. Brown, my 6'3", 230# can't even squeeze to the table.

I either have to get MUCH bigger or do the Randucci route - thin up and slide in between. ;)

There was some choice blades gone by the time I made it in last year.... but I did get several more than I had planned on.
 
I am camping out in the parking lot at the door. I will have 5,000.00 in cash and as soon as I run over to the Busse booth I'll throw it at the person behind the counter, and start picking out the knives I want before he can even add up the $5K. Not kidding, all 100.00 dollar bills still in bank banding.;)
Don't try to rob the guy in the tent. he will have a MP5 select fire, a Glock 18, and plenty of knives. Shooting him will be your best shot, no pun intended.:D

I took the SlimDucci approach @ 145# soaking wet, I reached through the crowd to shake Jerry's hand, followed his arm up to the table ;) and grabbed a Bad Apple out of his other hand, :D

Mine !!!!!!!!!

I watched Stabber lay a knife on the table to look at another... gone :(, never leave INFI unattended, it will find it's new owner faster than you can say 'I'll take it' !!


And Amy hung in the back, trying to match names with knives with CC #'s, ...that was fun to watch !

I just followed MikeH and got to the front of the table!

BTW,it's my 1000th post..............................WOOHOOO
 
I guess I should plan on camping out at Blade the night before ?
