I will be making the trek to Atlanta again this year. Reese and I will head out on Thursday morning and be in around 4pm that afternoon. This year I plan to do something a little different..I plan to see the show.. I spent way toooo much time setting at one table and guarding my display..;) I am bringing along a video camera and plan to shoot some of the show goings on. I know I will be shooting some of the CE and CF in Tony's room and also want to get some of the cut competitions. I am looking for some other ideas for "must have" video or just something everyone would like to see. Post here if you have suggestions.

If you shoot any video of Gus and plan on showing it here, could you please use that thing they do on TV news where they "fuzz" out the faces so they can't be recognized? I'm afraid if I see that ugly mug I might get nightmares.

Wise decision. I removed all the mirrors in my house for the same reason. :D

I can use a heavy filter and switch to standard, instead of HD, format.. ;) of course it will be there already for my ugly mug..
 
Is "Carl" going to make a cameo appearance? :D

Hey...been meaning to call you back. But I recently changed jobs and things have been crazy. See you Thursday night. If you want a video, get one of mikey passed out naked on the hotel bar...that would be a doozy

If I remember right..It was not Mikey at the hotel bar getting crazy!! Hey Riad lets put CNASTY in a cab ..uh..where did he go????? This year..you give your Credit Cards, Cell Phone and any valuables to me before we hit the bar.. :D
 
It would be nice to see some of this BIG English guy, called Ian, in the cutting comp. Heck of a nice guy, and should do well I think. He certainly knows a thing or 2 about wielding large knives. If Grace Horne is there, I'd recommend a look at her table, she does some amazing stuff.
