blade angle

What do you guys think is the best general purpose blade angle to us? I am about to resharpen my benchmade griptilian for the first time and i was thinking 15 degrees would be good, but i dont know for sure. does anybody know what angle these knives come with from the factory? I have been using 20 degrees on a couple of other knives i have, but i cant seem to get them as sharp as i would like, so i dont know if that is because 20 degrees is to much or not.

After idiotically REFUSING to follow the video and trying the 15, I ....finally...succumbed and did it like they say.

Which is: 15 first....followed by a lil 20.

also does anybody know where i can purchase a sharpening steel? i have looked at walmart, academy, and a few other places but all i can find are the diamond sharpening sticks, never a simple steel one.
