Hmmm...The Blade show will be at the Cobb Galleria. Cobb is a suburban Atlanta county, NW of Atlanta. I'm not aware of any specific local knife laws for the area. Atlanta and most other nearby cities that have limits are at 3". Many localities don't have specific ordinances/laws regarding length.
State law doesn't set a length limit. State laws are very vague and as a practical matter it's up to the LEO to interpret. There are prohibitions for schools, public gatherings, courthouses etc.
I've lived in the Atlanta metro area most of my life. I often edc a Spyderco Military and I've never had any trouble in Atlanta or anywhere in the metro area. I've also never had any kind of negative interaction with the Police so ymmv. Going to or from the Blade Show I doubt you'd have trouble with any folder unless there is something else about you that draws LEO attention.
If asked don't say you are carrying for self-defense. You're going to and from a knife related event to buy,sale, show, trade, etc.
