I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a place where you can send a knife/ knife blade to, and they will be able to put on a black coating. Was also currious as to if anyone could tell me if Strider's digital camo is a full coating, unlike the tiger stripping that only covers select portions of the blade.-Thanks

Are you referring to a black exterior bake/epoxy coating or a oxidizing finish that actually blackens the material? I was not aware that strider was using a digi camo. The tigerstripe pattern is done with bead/sand blasting after heat treatment from the looks. A good digi camo coating is available from Lauer Weaponry and can be done by yourself if you have an airbrush and a little patience. http://www.lauerweaponry.com/ will get you there. Check out the packages that they have. Remember that the kits they sell are epoxy based and once you mix, you need to use. They do detail the mix ratio's so if you have a small capacity airbrush, you can have many knives worth out of one kit.
