Blade Blanks

Lately I've been itching to try handling some knives. Due to my current workspace being packed to the gills with moo production gear I don't have the space for more grinders, heat treating etc. but alot of it can pull double duty for handle finishing.

How many people would be interested in Fiddleback blanks?

Gene Martin is a good guy. He makes good blades, and his wife makes very nice mosaic pins and lanyard tubes.

My HB is actually a blank I got from Andy years ago. But he changed his policy about 2011 and does not offer them anymore. I don't blame him. There is still a lot of work and hours out into the steel.

I know a couple makers here on BF sell blanks. Koster and JK. I'm sure there are others that I'm not aware of.

I like the sound of that too. I've been wanting to finish an Enzo for some time.
