I have a DA SOCOM with a combo bead blasted blade. What do you folks suggest cleaning, treating and oiling with??

I would suggest tuf-cloth for the blade for most cleanings and definately for the coating.
As for the pivot, I personally am partial to the White Lightning "Raceday" myself. Goes on wet and dries almost instantly to a wax-like texture to keep dirt out and provide lubrication for an extended period of time.
You can pick it up in any bike shop.

Good luck.

You can get Sentry Solutions Tuff Cloth at almost any knife dealer (Knife Outlet for one) and right here at BF in the BF store.

I don't like White Lightning. It builds up over time and will slow your knife down. Marine Tuff Cloth will leave your blade with a whitish coat on it that looks bad. If you use it, go for the regular stuff. Recommend TKX or RemOil, used sparingly.
