I would suggest tuf-cloth for the blade for most cleanings and definately for the coating.
As for the pivot, I personally am partial to the White Lightning "Raceday" myself. Goes on wet and dries almost instantly to a wax-like texture to keep dirt out and provide lubrication for an extended period of time.
You can pick it up in any bike shop.

I don't like White Lightning. It builds up over time and will slow your knife down. Marine Tuff Cloth will leave your blade with a whitish coat on it that looks bad. If you use it, go for the regular stuff. Recommend TKX or RemOil, used sparingly.
