Blade centering

I just got a Kiwi. What a great knife. I really like the design of it. My only problem is the finish. The blade is rubbing the liner. I've tryed to fix it like it was a liner lock, but that hasn't worked. What do you all think? Send it back to Spyderco or keep trying to sent it back into position? Also one of the bolsters has a small miss-match to it. This is something I can live with, but I'd like to here from others who have a Kiwi as to the fit and finish.

I had the same problem with a new "police model" I bought. I sent the knife back to Syderco and within a week they sent me a brand new one.
They sent the old police to R&D for research to find out the problem. I would send it back they are great to deal with a very stand up company. With this type of customer service I will be sure to be waiting in the wings to purchase the new models in the not so distant future.
