Blade Expo in Pasadena

Anyone going to the Southern California Blade Expo in Pasadena? It will be held on Feb 23-25. It was usually a better show than the Blade West that was held in SoCal. I will be there Saturday; hope to se some of you there.

I have a friend that has a table at the show. His name is Rich Hale.

Please check out his stuff and tell him I said hi. (He's constantly amazed at how many knife people I seem to know.) ;):D

I am hoping to go. My last knife purchase was from Gordon Smith, currently from New Mexico. You gotta check out his stuff. I bought his fourth knife. It could be his four hundredth.Remarkable workmanship. He has a heavy backgroung in glass art and hopefully will have some of his glass/damascus letter openers on hand.
My next knife is coming from Mike Mooney who will also be in attendance. He has a great portfolio album you must see.
We Forumites need an ID to recognize on another. kevin

If Gordon Smith does have some of his glass/damascus letter openers, would you please get a picture. It sounds like something I might like for a present.

I should be there on Sat Feb 24 about 12 or so. If you see a 60 yo Asian man walking around with a cane and accompanied by a young lady with pink highlights in her hair say Hi.
