Blade Forums Blocked About 1/3rd Of The Time

I get this page about 1/3rd of the time when I try to open Blade Forums.

Is this something from BF's website that is happening to others, or is it in my settings?

Any help would be appreciated.

I got that message once yesterday, but haven't seen it since.
 
It has been a problem for some time now. Many have the same issue... Some days are worse than others.
SPARK is aware, as are the Mods, and he has been fighting it for awhile now. It is very irritating.
 
Happens to me at least 10-20% of the time....really bugs the crap outta me!
 
I had trouble a couple of times, also had been blocked out of the search function a couple of times as well...
dropped a line to the mod's
 
This has been an issue for me for over a month now. In Addition, the search function that also has issues from time to time.

Happens to me constantly on my iPhone and tablet, but not yet on my laptop. Search function hasn't worked anywhere for the last week. OH
 
I get it all the time... When I try to do the SPS or just trying to get on here to see what's new...
I get it to when I use my cell phone... It SUCKS... :eek::eek::eek::thumbdn:
 
I get it at least once a day. I got an iPhone 6. I have to close the page and shut my phone off to get the message to go away. Good to know I'm not alone
 
I have never seen this message. I looked it up (dotDefender) and it is used on a server. May be your provider's server or Blade Forum's provider's server. I believe if it was Blade Forum's provider's server we would all get the message at one time or another.
 
I got this on my screen last week a couple of times. Then it stopped. I thought it was my crummy computer.
 
Comment A : I don't come here on Iphone. Our little backinthewoods town has fiberoptic connections, so no wi-fi for me. So haven't had you guys troubles.

Comment B : No need to report computer problems to me, most of you people know more now than I will ever know. I do a lot of stuff the old dumb slow way. Also carry a revolver because it goes bang with every trigger pull.

dotDefender is a security system that Spark is trying to tweak to protect us from hackers. It ain't easy. One the one hand, he's probably pulled all his hair out by now. On the other, he's got a nice new carpet.
 
I had a feeling it had to do with Blade Forums because it is the only website I ever get that message from while trying to open the page.

I'll get it three or four times in a row, then walk away for a while. It usually works when I come back.

Some days it doesn't happen, but then some days it happens a lot.
It is frustrating…especially when that message pops up when I try to post to a thread.
