Blade grinding issues?

I just picked up a 373 Trio the other day, and the fit & finish are near-flawless. However, after opening / closing each blade about a dozen times, two of them began to bind / grind. I've had this issue on several Buck knives in the past, notably a 704 Maverick.

Have any of you all run into this problem? How best to resolve? I gave the joints of the 373 a thorough soaking with White Lightning lube and worked them repeatedly, and think they're ok now; but it's a pain to have to spend 1/2 to an hour on a new knife just to get the thing to open and close properly. QC / manufacturing issue? I dunno. If there's an easier way to fix this, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

BTW, has the Trio been dropped from the Buck line? Not on their web site anymore, but still in Walmart stores....

Sorry about the issue on that 373. They should come pre lubed so you dont have to worry about it. I usually put a drop of oil on my folders when they are new, just in case. It also a good idea if the knife has been sitting around for a long time.
I will make our project engineer aware of the problem so he can monitor it and make sure they are going out correctly.

Appreciate the interest. Glad to hear the Trio is still in the lineup - very nice piece of work.
