Blade HQ delica

I love my hap40 delica but I’m a bit meh on the pakkawood. I like it but I like frn better for a daily user. So I was cruising blade hq looking for a color I’d like for a scale swap and landed on the exclusive hap40 wharncliffe with orange frn. No need for a blade swap now.

Any idea on a release date?

BTW, blade swap of the Pakawood HAP40 will not work with the FRN handle. Tried it. The lock bar is different, and the blade lock bar notch is different.

My FRN handled wharncliffe blade went into the pakkawood handle fine but I couldn't get the HAP40 blade to work in the FRN handle, FWIW.

Blade swaps should work fine but you have to remember to swap the lock bar and spring along with the blade.

I stand corrected, and I tank you sir! I always wanted to put the HAP40 blade on a Delica that actually sees some use. I don't carry it anymore, but mrs uses the FRN one.

Giving away the Pakkawood Delica. Glad I got to salvage the blade before I did. I actually almost gave it away last weekend as it was one of three for a friend to choose from. Luckily he chose a Native.

Just FYI, that is a sprint not an exclusive, so it won't just be at BladeHQ.
