I really want to see more marbled carbon fiber.

I see these aren't very popular anymore. things sure have changed.

don't know if I want to live in world where lum tantos aren't wanted and starmates are discontinued.

It sadly has got a lot going against it in terms of what the "trendy" things are these days. People don't seem to like liner locks anymore and seem to shy away from tantos. I personally don't love the color of the scales, and at $250 it's priced high enough I could get a knife that ticks the same amount or more boxes for me for less money, or spend a little more and get something I really love.

Easy pass even though I love Lum designs. I agree it's expensive for what it is, maybe $100 cheaper and it's be okay. I don't trust Japan or Italy manufacturing without reviews first either, too many issues historically

I like it. Mine will be here by Tuesday. I don’t have any tantos, so this will be my first.

Nothing wrong with liner locks or g10 imo.

Man I wish border services would let me buy american exclusives like that. I love the Lum Tanto design but I've already lost two knives to extra eager customs agents.
