Blade HQ Recon 1 exclusive Coating?

DLC is very tough stuff. My American Lawman shows hardly a scratch after some hard use.

DLC doesn't do bronze, this is most likely some other coatings i.e. TiN etc.

Mmmmhhhhhh.... Maybe the exclusive deal with Blades Canada is in the way? I just want a satin, spear point Recon 1. Ideally with OD handles.
I could buy the Blade HQ copper color exclusive and have the PVD removed, revealing a satin finish (maybe?)

I also would like a spear/drop point satin Recon 1 (4"). Green handle is probably a little more interesting to me than black. Must be a lot of us out there. Come on Cold Steel, the Recon 1 is a great knife so give use some more variations to choose from!

The out of stock blades Canada recon 1 in satin drop point and FG and lower lockback pressure (required) would be great but even better with some handle color options.
