I recently acquired a TOPS Bird and Trout Knife. The specs indicate a 3" blade but I'm not sure how that is being measured, from the tip to what point? On a folder I have generally used from the tip to the furthest point forward on the handle but being a fixed blade maybe the 'rule' is different. Any help much appreciated. A very comfortable design BTW.
