does anyone use silicone based lubes for their folding knives? I have been using lemon pledge
it smooths out almost any knife i try it on and doesn't attrack lint also it just stays forever, here is pledge's composition:
Polydimethylsiloxanes (Silicon oil) 063148-62-9 1-5
Naphtha, petroleum, hydrotreated heavy 064742-48-9 0.5-1.5
Mineral oil, white 008042-47-5 1-5
Water 007732-18-5 60-100
just thought I'd pass it on, now if only i can control myself from buying TOO many knifes
