Blade marks

Hello Everyone,

I just got this knife and im curious about the marks on the blade. The steel is D2. These are out of the package marks. Im no knife expert, so im wondering if these are in any way possible heat treat issues or just blemishes.

That's a lousy fit and finish!

You get what you pay for.

It shouldn't effect it functionality. However, your range in terms of the definition of that word matters.

I would use it as 'beater knife' and not an EDC. YMMV
