Other than a 1/8th hardened steel pin, what is the best pivot setup for a folding fillet knife? I relaize there are a lot of options, but what is reasonablely simple, and reliable for years to come? I'm using 1/16th 440c steel, the blade is 7 inches long and we're cleaning big salt water fish.
