blade pivot setup

Other than a 1/8th hardened steel pin, what is the best pivot setup for a folding fillet knife? I relaize there are a lot of options, but what is reasonablely simple, and reliable for years to come? I'm using 1/16th 440c steel, the blade is 7 inches long and we're cleaning big salt water fish.

If you don't want to go with a pivot bearing/bushing,you might try a 1/4" stainless steel pivot.
 
where can you get a bearing/bushing?
 
Daniel, I bought some pivot barrels, and pivot bearings from knifekits.com yesterday. I'm sure Sheffields supply and others have them as well.
