blade play on my cumillus edc

yea i just got a cumillus edc, ad it has no side to side blade movment when locked in but it has vertical blade play i love the knife but i just want this fixed what can i do, and if i send it to cumlillus is it covered and how long will i be expecting to have it gone.

You might get a quicker responce to your question if you posted it in the Camillus Form here on Bladeforums. I would think you are looking at a two to three week turn around to have it repaired.

Question in the Camillus forum. Will is a great guy to deal with. Customer service there is top notch! Turn around for my EDC was about 2 weeks.

Thanks for being a customer, now lets make you a happy one! Please call 800-344-0456 and speak to the folks in customer service. They will be glad to help you with returning the knife to use for adjustment. It shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks at most.
