I've done a search and it really didn't turn up much so here goes. I've just sent in my small decorated to have it polished, sharpened, and to have the grind lines cleaned up (if possible). What kind of turn around time is involved?

Last time I had one done. . .10 - 14 days. Of course, their schedule permitting.

Best bet is to give Bridget a call and ask her. :)
 
A couple weeks. I sent a couple of mine in for tune/sharpen and the double thumblug option. When I got them back I was very impressed.
