Blade replacement question

Hello, a friend of mine was digging through his childhood box of goodies - one item he found was a 112 with a broken blade ( tip ) .
How much would Buck charge him to replace the broken blade for a new one?

I bought a 2dot 112 at an antique store for $5 last year with VERY worn out blade. I sent it back to them and they put a new blade in for $10. Looks brand new now. I say do it!

agree with the others. If they replace it though it will not be of the same steel and will be the new 420HC. depending on how old the knife is it may be of a previous steel but I love the 420HC..
10 bucks for a replacement or they may re-shape it for about 7 bucks. I sent some in and it was $6.95 per knife a cleaning/retip/sharpen etc. 10 to replace the blade but I decided on just having it re-sharpened/tipped.
