(difficult photo to take with a simple point & shoot digicam with flash, as the subject is very high contrast with reflective steel against black on black.......)

Vincent,

Once again, way to go!

Question - what type of blade steel is going to be used in the Kershaw Ken Onion Bump?

It's S30V -
here are the details from a photocopied flyer:

Bump
Model 1590BL
Steel .... S30V Stainless steel
Handle ... 6AL4V titanium (BL=blue with gold, GR=green/gold)
Blade ... 3 /2 in (9.0cm)
Closed ... 4 1/2 in. (11.5cm)
Weight ... 4.6 oz

Oh man, those are some beauties! I love the Kershaw Shuns...and the Bump looks spectacular too! And the Loveless shot...I am seriously drooling over here.

THANKS! Keep em coming, and if you happen to spot him, I'd love to be able to match Frank Miller's (Extrema Ratio) face to his name :-p

Super pictures!!! Thanks for showing us not fortunate enough to be there a little glimpse into what's going on.

That is quite the fantastic Loveless collection. Thanks once again for letting me visit the show vicariously through you.

UnknownVT, Thanks Bro!! I definatly appricate the effort your putting in to keep us in the loop :)

Got this paring knife from the Kershaw Shun Classic series:
Shun2_bld.jpg

3 1/2" VG-10 sandwiched between (SanMai) 410 stainless damascus steel

Shun_S.jpg

8" overall length, 4 1/4" handle including bolster.

A paring knife is a very handy size and probably make a good outdoors knife too - have to find a sheath for it - I wonder if the AG Russell Woodswalker hip pocket sheath would fit?
