Blade Show 2011 Recap....

Just wanted to say a big "Thank you" to all of our customers/friends that stopped by and said hello or stuck around and hung out with us at the show. It was an absolutely incredible show.
It was great meeting some forumites for the first time and also great to see others from last year. It is definitely an enjoyable time and it is really cool how great our customers our. Thanks to everyone for a great show.

Now, on to some business
New Models, it is now obvious we have a lot of new models coming.
Rodent Rucki, Rodent War Hawk, and the 11 series.
We do not have firm dates on when these will be available yet, watch this forum for updates. This is where you will get the most up-to-date info.
Anticipated pricing on the Rucki (base approx $348.95 for the canvas model up to approx $408.95 for the G10 models)
Anticipated pricing on the War Hawk is approx $328.95.
These prices may be subject to change until pre-order starts. Pre-order for these 2 models will most likely be similar to how they have been done in the past (Waki, Rodent Solution etc) where you can order your colors and pay when your order is ready.
I don't have the pricing in front of me for the 11 series so I'll update the forums with that when I have it.

Just stay tuned for additional info.

Blade 2011 was epic! My friends and I are still recovering from the three days of madness. It was great to meet Eric and the rest of the Busse Knife Group crew. They are a class act. Got to handle both the War Hawk ad Rucki and was impressed by both. The Rucki is nicely balanced and perfect for use with one hand but still has enough handle to use two if you need. The War Hawk is just sick! Love the design on that one and will be picking up one for sure when it's offered.

Is the Swamp Rat Ruck the Waki shortened on both ends? It looks like it...

I'd say so. Hard to guess how much shorter but I'd guess specs will show up in the near future. You'll love the balance on these when you get one in hand.
