We got our CAP passes last week and hotel booked. My wife enjoys going to Blade as much as I do so it's always a great weekend.

I’ll be heading to Atlanta for Blade. Ready for another great year. I always find great new makers. I should be in the pit area Friday night if anyone is around.

I'd like to go one of these shows one of these days but I think my $ is better spent on knives than on travel/lodgings/food/ticket expenses which easily could add up to thousands of $'s.

Can't remember when or where it was held but I once went to a large gun show in NorCal that had a lot of knife exhibitors awhile back that was fun. I think the Blade Show West use to be held in SoCal and it would be nice it they moved it back there or at least to Reno which would be easier to get to than SLC.

Until then, I'll just continue to buy my knives by mail & ogle them from afar on the Net.

I don't go to Blade show to buy knives, TBH. Mostly I go to link up with friends.

I don’t plan on buying anything, but wifey’s life long friend is bringing some stuff for me to look at. I plan on meeting as many BFF’s as possible. Also, there is always a potential to buy something if it elicits a chub.
