Blade Show almost here....your knife buying going up like mine?

I just looked at the calender and it is 31 days until I leave for Blade!!!!

Does anyone else notice that contrary to what they know they should be doing, that they are buying more knives leading up to the show than they have the last 4 months? I mean I know I should be saving my money but I can't resist. I bought/ordered 3 last week!
 
I have not. I cut back on everything before Blade. I did however buy a set of Wilkins scales a couple weeks ago. Could not resist.
 
All depends on what "retired" model shows up for sale. Did not purchase a single knife for six weeks, then grabbed one off BF Exchange, and one from E...within a three day span. Gotta be ready when they pop up...;-)
 
Oh, and two the week before that..
but those were just a couple of small alox vics, hardly counts, right?
 
Knives are one of my primary obsessions, but my mistake was buying a new bass guitar this weekend...

Luckily enough, it was a relatively inexpensive one.

Where I'm from, it seems like the local music stores don't care much for the low end specialists. In Atlanta, however, there is a much more significant selection. I might have to slip away for an hour or so to see if one of their establishments have a little something I've been after for a while...
 
Bèma...!!!! Behave yourself, you ned the doe to keep up with Lennox and me at Blade... lol...
 
I need to save for blade next year. Problem is I keep seeing blades and Hawks! I'm in big trouble if there is a post blade Ganza
