I FINALLY got unpacked from the Blade Show.
Here is one I found that I've been searching for.
It's an old Miller Bros.
The bone is to die for..............
The long match-striker pull.............
The swages.................
The Patina........................
I just could not walk away from it.

I only bought one knife at the show, and made a trade for another.
This one used up my allowance even though it was very reasonably priced.

Hope you like the photos.

That really is cool.

Do you know when it was made?

By chance do you know if that's the first knife design with pliers?

I had never seen a knife with pliers before the first Leatherman came out. SAK might have had pliers, but these look bigger and more useful than any I have seen on a SAK.

I've never seen that pattern before, and I really like it. Did Miller Bros. make those knives, or were they a brand that commissioned another cutler?

Very cool, thanks for posting.

Hi,

Very interesting Pappy! You are right that bone is awesome! And the pliers setup is an interesting idea.

Thanks for sharing!

If you could only come back from Blade with one knife, that one was a great choice. Thanks for the pics.

That's a very cool and nice knife. I thik I'll start keeping an eye out for one.

Nice to see you around Pappy. Nice knife

Ummmm, check out the date of the posts...... This thread was resurrected. I am not sure why either. Maybe the new search engine is running at high RPMs.;)

I know. I'm on and off so fast these days. We just got a new Jack Russell puppy so my hands are full.

It is not a problem, that is a great catch, you must really know your knives. I just was pointing out to Nav, that it was an old thread and Pappy is no longer on BF. I bet you would be a great help in Bernard Levine's subforum.

Hey Nav, good luck with that Russell Terrier, give it lots of work to do, otherwise they find stuff to do. LOL. They are fun dogs.....
