One of a few that I picked up in Atlanta. An RB Johnson small liner lock folder with checkered pearl handled, Damasteel bolster, Devin Thomas Sharktooth stainless damascus blade. Screws and thumbstud are 24k plated, with a diamond in the thumbstud. Backspacer is fileworked inside and out, and liners are anodized blue.

This knife just spoke to me, and in a new stingray slipcover by Adam Unlimited (same ones that Alan Elishewitz was providing on his folders), it may actually get some pocket time.

The checkering job is great, and the lockup is straight on. A couple of touches that I really like are the contour of the thumb well in the bolster, and that he fileworked the pearl slabs around the outside of the edges.

Also got a couple of rayskin money clips from RB. One is left with full rough texture, and the other has the rayskin smoothed down. Really neat.

Hope the Mike Norris Stainless was not the main reason you purchased your knife becuase Mike didn't make that steel. Stainless Sharkstooth is only produced by Devin Thomas Damascus. I personally shipped that piece of steel to R.B. Johnson.

Sorry, Art! RB didn't note the source on the receipt, and I believed it to be MN steel. I've updated the description above and in my notes.

Sorry to anyone for the confusion.

NCB,

I hope you enjoy that little Onion. It was originally purchased from Ken after his birthday breakfast from a roll spread across the hood of his truck. You should try coconut pancake syrup some time, ymmm.

Enjoy
