Just bought a Blade Show Commemerative Knife on <deal spot removed> and wanted to see if anybody else was able to purchase one on the site. It's a CRKT Ripple, only $50 and limited to only 225 pieces... So I had to bite and drain my wallet even more on knives. Can't wait to receive it and hide it from the wifey lol...

"Only" is a relative term, depends how bad you want the Blade logo.

Its not the original stainless steel Ripple, but the newer version with aluminum handles first released thru Walmart, now available most everywhere. Normal price about $30-$35.
The $50 (started off at $60) version adds the Blade 2012 logo.
Still a pretty decent knife for the money.

I sort have developed a "thing" for Ripples so I did order one too.
Now if it will show up maybe I can get the box autographed by Ken Onion at Blade. ;)

Mine showed up today. #22/225.
They seem to have done a decent job with it. The "pocket worn" look is more consistenly done than on my other wallyworld version. IKBS action seems smoother too. And the liner lock appears polished or at least silver colored vs. the black on the wally version.

Funny part was that tiny little CRKT box came in a packing box that could easily have held 50 Ripples.

pics please
This stock pic from Blade does better than I can right now with my limited camera.
Main difference is the white portions on the handle in the pic are more like the one I got from Walmart. Some seem "worn" some don't.
On mine the white "pocket worn" areas are consistent over all the textured parts of the handle, which I think looks better.
You really can't see the liner lock, and I can't take a close enough pic to show it, but mine appears polished or silver colored not black.
