Blade Show - Cosmos Protoparts

It's not exactly a prototype, because, at least when I came by, it was in pieces, and the surfaces weren't finished, but this Cosmos in Progress was at the Ray & Ron Appleton table at the Blade Show.

The knife is by Ron Appleton, Ray's son. Once again, a hand-held digicam in trade show lighting doesn't do it justice.

Amacks:

We are now producing the third round of tooling. As they say "Third Times a Charm" so we are sure to get it right this time. I'll be visiting our manufacturer in two weeks and I look forward to giving a scouting report on the Cosmos development. I know there are a lot of Appleton fans out there waiting on the Cosmos and no one is more anxious to have it completed that I am.
