Blade Show Customer Appreciation Dinner 2015
We are getting organized for our Annual Blade Show Customer Appreciation Dinner that will be held on Saturday, June 6th. To help us prepare, we will need some information from those who plan to attend.

1. Name (First and Last)
2. Forum Name
3. HOG Name, if applicable.
4. If you have been inducted online or in person.
5. Names of Guests Accompanying You. *Bring the kids! This is a family friendly dinner and we would love to have them.*
We will provide the location and time of the dinner at the booth on Saturday.
This year we are flashing back to the 80's, wear your most rad 80's attire and you could score some gnarly knives and choice prizes!
